No more soccer, no more school ~ what are we going to do?

Our soccer season finished the last Saturday in May.  It was a bitter sweet experience.  I really loved taking Noah to soccer practice, watching him interact with his team mates, get better ball handling skills and just have fun.  The soccer matches were great fun too.  Everyone would set up on the sidelines with chairs, umbrellas (not for rain, to keep the sun away!) we would bring our gazebo so the boys could sit under and cool down at water breaks.  It really was so much fun.  On the other hand, it is a welcomed break.  The season came at a really busy time.  As I said bitter sweet.  So here are some (warning: 'some' mean quite a few!) photos of Noah's season.

Not only did soccer finish, but school finished on June 3rd. Noah just loved his first year of school.  He had a lovely teacher and great friends!  He found out that there are only 4 of his class friends moving to his new class next term, but still he's excited.  Here is the highlights of his kindergarten year:

I still can't believe that my oldest child has completed one full year of school.  Crazy!

I've been looking forward to the summer so much.  Not having to get up early (did I mention I'm not really a morning person; I just don't like being woken up by my alarm clock...I mean who does?).  Also my parents came into town the same day schools got out!!  Hence, I forgot to post this earlier.  So my next post is going to be about our shenanigans, along with lots of photos, naturally!
