Yes, we are still hear in Alabama and to put it bluntly the weather has been horrid. Raining, icy cold, below freezing temperatures....I suppose most of you will be thinking, but she's from England, isn't she used to this type of weather?!! Well in my defense I have been living in San Antonio for the past 18 months! Due to the weather we haven't been venturing out as much as I hoped and have been stuck in our tiny, all encompassing bedroom/dining room/kitchen/family room (lounge) room. I have managed to keep Noah occupied with new found skills and crafts. The other day we discovered the fun of hide and seek ~ although it wasn't played completely correct as Noah would half cover his eyes and then look and quickly follow me to my hiding spot....he found it fun though! (And yes, there are amazingly quite a few good hiding spots in our little room!)
The other fun things we've done is hair cutting. Not Noah cutting hair, but me! I did go out to Walmart last week and bought some hair clippers and gave Noah his first big boy hair cut with clippers. He sat still for most of the hair cut and the rest of the time we bribed him with chocolate. Here are the pictures of the before and after:

I also introduced Noah to finger painting. He absolutely loves it and has created some really good pictures which we have displayed in the room to brighten it up. The other day there was something happen whilst Noah was painting and I had to video it, so for your enjoyment here is a video clip:
