Our special visitors!

I have been excited to see my parents for the last year now and finally the time had come!  I can't believe it had been over a year that I hadn't seen them.  Don't get me wrong, I love living in Hawaii, but I miss my family terribly!  It was so lovely to have my parents visit for almost 3 weeks!  The boys were super excited to have Nanna and Grandad with them too.

There is just so much to see here in Hawaii, that not even 3 weeks could cover it; but we did our best.
My dad loves to snorkel, so we had to take him to sharks cove.  Even Noah had a try!

Every time we went to the beach this is how we would see dad!

Arizona Memorial

The boys wanted to take Nanna and Grandad to the zoo! (Love this photo!)

Looking at the monkeys

We were so pleased (even if Roman doesn't look happy lol) the elephants were out that day.  The last 2 times we went they haven't been there!

Waikiki Beach.  Noah decided to get Nanna wet!!!

A spot of fishing in Kaneohe

Yes I know fishing in paradise is so hard!

Waimea Falls

The water was pretty cold!  But they still managed to have fun!

Waimea valley, botanical gardens.  Noah would never do a sensible face ~ little monkey!

Polynesian Cultral Center.  Need I say anymore!!

Noah loved playing the Maori stick game with Nanna! lol

The boys!

The Laie Temple

Things grandparents do!  At least our boys couldn't run away from us for a while.

I love the fact that not only did my parents come over, but now my boys, particularly Noah, uses words more frequently like, plonker, darly (a word my mum uses a lot) and mush (rhymes with push) which help me feel right at home!  So much fun and not enough time!!  Family time truly is precious. I am so grateful for those almost 3 weeks and can't wait to be able to fly back to England again to see all my family! :)
