5 Months

On Sunday Zara turned 5 months.  I can't believe how beautiful she is.  At only 5 months too; she already is a heart breaker. I know that I'm her mother but seriously, how cute is she.....


She already has her own little cheerful personality.  
  • She loves to smile and giggle, especially when you play peek-a-boo with her.
  • Her fingers are her chew toy! 
  • She's teething....hence, the previous bullet point.
  • Although she's not sitting on her own yet, she really wants to and is always pulling herself up to sitting position only to fall back down again. She's getting great ab workouts each day!
  • Her favourite food is carrots.  (Although we've only given her peas and carrots so far, she can't eat carrots quick enough.
  • She likes to stick out her tongue and make noises with it.

I just love how deep and dark her eyes are too. I've never seen such dark eyes! 


You can also see why we call her Princess Dimples right! We love this little girl so much.  Happy 5 months Zara Lesieli.

Easter Fun

We really loved having a week off for Easter Break!  It was very much needed, for all of us.  I love having Noah at home.  He's such a great help and now that he's older, he's a real good buddy for me.  We have really great, grown up conversations, I love it.  We just really enjoyed family time, seeing old friends and eating lots of chocolate.  Isn't that what school breaks are all for?!  Here are a few photos of our fun. It kind of snowed.....twice

So my lovely little (or not so little) cutie pies were really excited to move here for one main reason...SNOW!  They had never seen or can remember seeing snow.  So after hearing that last years snow fall was a crazy amount and the schools were closed, they were super excited for this winter. (A lot more so than mummy, let me tell you!)  If there is one thing I have learned from moving here, although I do like it here, I DO NOT like cold weather!  I just cannot stay warm....but hey that's another story.  A few weeks back we did indeed get snow. This was the second time this year.  It was a very little but it pleased my children all the same!  They had fun in the snow till their fingers froze.  There was enough snow to make a snowman this time so they were happy. Roman turned 5

Roman turned another year older.  This means he will be going to school this year...NOOO...I'm not ready!  Thankfully I still have two more at home with me!  Here are a photos of the day. We started celebrations on Wednesday with his friends from Joy School at his Paw Patrol party!  We played games, everyone decorated a cake, played with the pinata and played with new presents! BIRTHDAY DAY!! Traditionally opening presents in mummy and daddys bed He LOVES golf Obligatory silly glasses And of course breakfast in bed! New 'comfy pants' from Nanna and Granddad! Silly faces!! We took him and his best friend bowling! They're so cheeky! Thanks for the awesome gift friend!  Chocolate cake, as requested! I know its plain, but it tasted yummy!
