Look how I'm growing....Zara 2 to 4 months!

This is actually is a very late post, but at least I'm doing posting it.  Back at the beginning of February we had Zara's baby blessing.  It was a special dad.  Matthias gave her a beautiful blessing.  What made it special is that she was able to wear the same dress I wore for my baby blessing.  My mum made it for me out of the train of her wedding dress. Zara was just over 2 months when we had her blessed.  Doesn't she look beautiful in her dress.







Zara is now 4 months.  I can't believe where the time has gone.  She has grown so much.


  • She is already 15lbs 12oz and 26 inches long.  
  • She loves to smile and giggle (not on camera though!).  
  • She loves has big brothers playing with her and gives Noah the biggest smiles.
  • Tummy time is not what she calls fun.  She mainly cries!
  • She loves chewing her hands and now feet.
  • She also loves turning over from back to belly (until she realizes what she's actually done, then she cries about it! lol)
  • New thing: we fed her her first solid food today...rice cereal...yum!  
We are looking forward to feeding her more fun food as she gets older and hope that this will help her feel full.  (I'm feeding her 6oz every 3 hours! She's just hungry all the time poor girl.)  I'm sure solid food will do the trick! :)






We are all so in love with our little princess!

Easter Fun

We really loved having a week off for Easter Break!  It was very much needed, for all of us.  I love having Noah at home.  He's such a great help and now that he's older, he's a real good buddy for me.  We have really great, grown up conversations, I love it.  We just really enjoyed family time, seeing old friends and eating lots of chocolate.  Isn't that what school breaks are all for?!  Here are a few photos of our fun. It kind of snowed.....twice

So my lovely little (or not so little) cutie pies were really excited to move here for one main reason...SNOW!  They had never seen or can remember seeing snow.  So after hearing that last years snow fall was a crazy amount and the schools were closed, they were super excited for this winter. (A lot more so than mummy, let me tell you!)  If there is one thing I have learned from moving here, although I do like it here, I DO NOT like cold weather!  I just cannot stay warm....but hey that's another story.  A few weeks back we did indeed get snow. This was the second time this year.  It was a very little but it pleased my children all the same!  They had fun in the snow till their fingers froze.  There was enough snow to make a snowman this time so they were happy. Roman turned 5

Roman turned another year older.  This means he will be going to school this year...NOOO...I'm not ready!  Thankfully I still have two more at home with me!  Here are a photos of the day. We started celebrations on Wednesday with his friends from Joy School at his Paw Patrol party!  We played games, everyone decorated a cake, played with the pinata and played with new presents! BIRTHDAY DAY!! Traditionally opening presents in mummy and daddys bed He LOVES golf Obligatory silly glasses And of course breakfast in bed! New 'comfy pants' from Nanna and Granddad! Silly faces!! We took him and his best friend bowling! They're so cheeky! Thanks for the awesome gift friend!  Chocolate cake, as requested! I know its plain, but it tasted yummy!
